We also recommend you purchase travel insurance as soon as you pay for your flights - this will cover you from the date of purchase for cancellations.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Our cancellation policy varies depending on the trip and travel partners involved. We provide our clients with a detailed cancellation policy upfront, and our team are available to answer any questions or concerns. Typically, we'll refund any unused portions if given enough notice (more than 7 days).
Q: How do I book a trip with your travel company?

Q: How and when do I pay for my trip?
A: Bookings inside 30 days from the first service date requires full payment. Bookings made in advance are rewarded with a payment plan: 30% Deposit if beyond 90 days, 50% within 60 days and final amount due 30 days prior arrival.
Payments can be made via WISE bank transfer from your nominated currency to our USD, UK, AUD, SGD accounts. A secure credit card link can also be offered for your payment, a surcharge of 4% will be added to your final amount.
