Our base is Vietnam where we have centralized our contracting, sales and marketing to offer the best value for money. Our Origins
El cofundador y CEO de España, Vicente Catala, desarrolló relaciones que han sostenido compartir gran parte de su amado Asia con invitados de Sudamérica, México, Centroamérica y el sur de Europa.
Lan Le es el Director General de LUXPERIA, un socio cofundador con sede en Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, cuya lista de clientes incluye las principales marcas corporativas que organizan reuniones, viajes de grupos de incentivos, conferencias y eventos.
El Sr. Linh Le (Fundador Principal) preparó su pasión por el Sudeste Asiático mientras desarrollaba su red de contactos y su carrera en Australia. Desde que está basado en Vietnam desde 2011, su red de socios locales de confianza, hoteleros de alta gama y proveedores primarios ofrece la oportunidad de apoyar a las empresas locales gestionadas por sus propietarios para asegurar el crecimiento sostenible de los empleos locales, el talento local dentro de las pequeñas y medianas empresas.

With over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, Linh has developed key expertise in global distribution and account management, event design, experiential product design, and technology and systems.
Understanding the industry in depth, Linh leads the team to ensure customer experiences are optimized in concert with business growth to inspire the team to accept challenges and deliver results.

Vicente's expertise in luxury travel and his strong relationships with top agents from the Spanish speaking markets have lead us to successfully introduce Southeast Asia to the markets of Latin America, Portugal, and Spain.
His vast knowledge of the industry has given him a unique ability to connect the two regions, creating new opportunities and experiences for travelers.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
With 20 years of experience, Lan's key expertise is in organising meetings, events and team building. His operational, financial management and critical problem solving skills completes LUXPERIA's foundation of knowledge and experience.
Lan's ability to manage complex events, think critically, and deliver innovative travel solutions has earned him a reputation as a highly valued leader in the Vietnam Travel Industry.

Head of Travel & Lifestyle
With 18 years in the travel industry, Marie-Anne has developed expertise in luxury private travel, and has strong relationships with top hotels. She is instrumental in driving product and marketing for our consumer traveler division and leads a team of designers and marketers to create indulgent travel experiences.
Hailing from Australia, Marie-Anne (MA) has called Vietnam her home since 2010 and within Asia, there's not a lot she has not seen. Marie-Anne is LUXPERIA's top resort and hotel tester/reviewer and will travel at a whim for new experiences in both culinary and destination discovery.
Operations Manager
With 22 years of experience in the travel industry, Chau is a language expert, fluent in both English and French. Her key expertise lies in luxury travel, groups, specialty tours, and family travel design.
Chau has worked extensively with agents and clients from Australia, the UK, France, and Canada, making her a valuable asset for clients from diverse backgrounds seeking the ultimate trip to Asia.
When she's not curating travel arrangements and working with our Collective Members, she's baking at home or testing new restaurants with her family.
Spanish Speaking Manager
Fernando's rich understanding of Spanish travel culture and his love for Vietnam has driven him to bridge the two cultures through his work in the travel industry.
With expertise in corporate, private, and group travel, as well as Formula One VIP events and packages, Fernando is well-equipped to deliver exceptional experiences for clients from diverse backgrounds. Fernando is located at our Head Office in Vietnam while working with agents in Spain and Portugal to ensure all trips sold are matched (and exceeded) in service delivery on the ground across Asia.
MARKETING & Business Development Manager - Scandinavia
Karoline's journey has gone from client to colleague with LUXPERIA having travelled across most of Vietnam, Malaysia, Korea and Japan.
Whilst holding expertise in private travel, marketing and communications, Karoline's unique blend of skills enables us to take a first-leader-in-the-market positioning with new promotions and luxury travel experiences for discerning clients while also expanding our business in the Scandinavian region.
Travel Designer & Guide
A seasoned professional and a true advocate of sustainable tourism. Misty has expertise in tour design (and creation) and also leads VIP groups too.

Completing studies at the University of Alicante (Spain), Ngan developed her career to connect her home countries of Vietnam and Spain.
Ngan speaks 3 languages (Vietnamese, English and Spanish) and loves preparing tailor made itineraries to the client's tastes while seeking the best quality and value for money for each booking.
Sales Representative - Spain & Portugal
Jordi entered the world of tourism by chance almost 30 years ago with a passion to discover new cultures, destinations, people. His favorite continents are Asia and Africa, where he has travelled extensively.
